Two questions: Our store - http://prostores2.carrierzone.com/servlet/icdd/StoreFront - sells physical products and conferences. The conference service department would like to only accept credit cards while the other products need to accept credit cards AND checks/money orders. How do I accomplish this?? Also - often a person is charge of purchasing a conference for another person in the company. I need a painless way to implement a purchase where there is the attendee (and his information including address), the purchaser, and the purchaser's billing address. My problem is when someone adds a trophy to the cart they can't personalize that trophy until the 3rd page in checkout. That's after customer and credit card information. Customers don't want to put there credit card info in before they finished there trophy(personalization). Is there any way to point that page to the product so when a customer clicks on a product they can personalize it right then and there? | 2009-06-09 19:19 tanya hall | Additional Support: I spoke with Denny by phone over 2 hours ago and noticed the time stamp on our service ticket was 20 minutes ago. We are still unable to log into our prostores account. This is the life blood of our company and need this matter resolved immediately. Our account is in good standing and Denny confirmed there are no holds or other reasons why the system would ask for a new password and when we answered no that we did not want to change it the website has blocked access to our prostores acct. We have been able to log into another prostores account that we have for www.rhodiolarosea.com with no problem so we are perplexed as to what is going on with the www.ameriden.com shopping cart. | Answer |

| 2009-10-16 11:10 David Silversmith | Customer Management: When an account is being created anew or altered in some way, if there is information that prostores won’t accept, such as a mismatch of city and zip code, you get an error message after you hit submit. The error message identifies the error and has a ‘go back’ link taking you back to the account information. The problem is, once you are back in the account, the submit button is already depressed and above it, it says “Submitting customer..... please wait” i.e. it appears to be still working and you can’t re-submit.
