expert staff looks forward to assisting you with
your questions regarding our web hosting and e-commerce
services. All Serrahost web hosting and e-commerce
packages include free technical support that covers
the standard features of our services.
Serrahost is proud to offer some of the most
advanced software for running web sites, servers,
and online businesses. Although these software
applications are designed for easy “do-it-yourself”
set-up and management, they do include powerful
tools to create custom processes, applications
and designs. They also allow for the integration
of many third party services and software.
It is important to note that due to the complexity
of customization, and the many different third-party
options available, Serrahost does not directly
support custom coding, custom design or third-party
software not obtained from Serrahost. These are
all considered advanced applications. We strongly
recommend that you have a solid working knowledge
of any advanced application you attempt to create
or integrate. Errors while working with advanced
applications may cause data to be lost or corrupted
and may require costly recovery and repair. Serrahost
does provide repair services at a rate of $75.00
per hour.
Of course we would like to emphasize that you
do not need to use advanced applications to use
our services. Furthermore, if you desire a feature
or design that does require an advanced application,
we would be glad to provide you with a price quote.
Our standard rate for custom design or development
is $75.00 per hour and we will provide a fixed
quote before any work is implemented.
